In today's legal environment, Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability coverage is a mandatory part of your flag football league. Directors and officers of flag football leagues have a legal responsibility to players and referees for their management decisions. These decisions include those of financial performance, disputes, discrimination, and sexual harassment just to name a few.
